Notwithstanding the above, both parties retain the right to bring an action in small claims court or to seek injunctive relief for intellectual property infringement.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be removed. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
